This Giant Chunk Of Chocolate Gradually Reveals Incredible Designs With Each Slice

Chocolatier Rafael Mutter and the design team at Studio Wieki Somers in Rotterdam collaborated on this amazing project for a retrospective of Dutch furniture designer and architect Gerrit Rietveld.
1. The chocolate was presented in a giant cylinder.
2. The cylinder is made of 10 stacked pieces, each with a beautiful "chocolate inlay."
3. As the blade moves around, the new design is slowly revealed.
4. Each layer incorporates different colors and flavors of chocolate and white chocolate.
5. The bold geometric designs evoke the ideals of the De Stijl movement, of which Gerrit Rietveld was a major part.
6. You can see the "pure abstraction" of this art movement in the simple shapes in the chocolate.
7. Of course, you can just see delicious chocolate as well!
