Body goals does not mean any specific type of body. It means whatever body you feel the most healthy, confident, and comfortable having. It's you feeling like you're at your personal peak, living your best life, and rocking it like the god, goddess, or androgenous/agender/genderqueer/non-binary diety or secular personal power figure (but in a non-creepy, non-power-obsessed hierarchy) you are. There is beauty in every body, not to mention the fact that beauty isn't every person's main objective or reason or living.
With all that true stuff out of the way let's talk about the thing we all know way too much about (thanks, patriarchy): weight loss. If weight loss is your thing, you'll need some basic food, exercise, and body knowledge to get the job done. You need to know what type of food works best in your body, what types of exercise are most beneficial and what attitude and lifestyle adjustments need to happen. Knowledge is power!
If weight loss is not your thing, that's cool, too. It's like, sometimes the patriarchal culture's standards of beauty (which we all absorb from like DAY ONE, and probably while in-utero) get us in a head space where we're not in love with our bodies. It sucks. And sometimes you have to just detox from diet culture. I get that.
